Glovida
Glovida was looking to revamp their website that can serve both their customers and backend staffs. They were also looking to reach out to new customers, remain visible and stand out in the market with their competitive prices.
Glovida had the intention to revamp their website to improve the user-experience and to facilitate more conversions. Glovida's initial website was outdated and they knew that a more user-friendly interface is crucial to propelling the business's success.
Glovida also wanted to boost its online visibility, driving traffic to its online stores and to grow its customer base quickly while achieving a positive return-on-investment (ROI). Prior to Amber Creative, Glovida was not getting much sales from Facebook advertisements even when they have spent a good sum on it.
To revamp the website, we made sure to craft an interface that is aesthetically pleasing, ensuring that it does not sacrifice the website's functionality, enhancing visitor's browsing experiences on both desktop and mobile. We adjusted the User Interface (UI) to improve the initial outdated design, creating pages for easy reading and viewing of Glovida's product selection. We also ensured that the website design was done in a way to immediately draw a visitor's gaze into the company's literal and figurative "selling points" - their quality and affordable products, allowing for easier navigation that results in better conversions.
To expand Glovida's online visibility, we came up with a comprehensive Facebook Advertising strategy to target various audiences ranging from Interests and demographics to Lookalike Audience and Retargeting. We also made sure to customise advertisement copies, showcasing only products that are specific and relevant to each group. We utilised Google ads as well as being an e-commerce store, it is important for the business to be present on Google where customers are searching to buy their health or beauty essentials. Different placements of Google ads were suggested - search ads, shopping ads and display ads, to ensure Glovida's visibility when people are looking for related health and beauty products. When running promotions, special ad copies highlighting the current promo were devised, stressing on scarcity and time urgency in the copies. Through this, Glovida was able to stand out compared to its competitors, drawing customers to click in and purchase from Glovida.
We also crafted multiple types of Facebook ads, highlighting the promotion , tweaking copies using products that will appeal most to the target audience, encouraging them to take action. We also made use of Glovida's current mailing list and lookalike audience to generate a highly targeted audience of potential visitors and optimised the advertisements for conversion. Using successful Facebook retargeting, we were able to retarget past web visitors and cart abandoners by creating highly relevant ads with strong call-to-action, thereby increasing engagement and conversions by placing the brand as top of mind. Every new customer acquired is automatically enrolled in Glovida's referral programme, where they are given a personalised referral link to share socially with their friends.
Outcome
With a newly revamped website and improved marketing strategy, Glovida was able to experience a 10% growth in user base, a 92% lower cost per conversion and a 10.57x ROI.
