The BAGUS Together website and dashboard serves as a central hub designed to empower aspiring changemakers and groundup initiatives through collaboration, easy access to resources, and a network of support, the platform equips users with the tools and resources they need to launch and maintain their endeavors.
Aspiring changemakers often do not know where to start, struggle with scattered resources, limited collaboration opportunities, and difficulty reaching potential beneficiaries. This hinders the effectiveness and sustainability of their social initiatives. Given the wealth of information from BAGUS, the challenge was to prioritize user experience and ensuring everything is clearly categorized and intuitive for all users.
Amber Digital proposed a holistic solution centered on an intuitive, user-friendly website and dashboard that prioritizes a streamlined user experience, featuring a clean, easy-to-navigate interface that helps users find where to start and provides clear categorization of resources. A centralized resource hub will ensure that tools, guides, and materials are well-organized by project stages such as planning, execution, and scaling, making relevant information easily accessible.
Collaboration features will be integrated to foster connections among changemakers through forums, community spaces, and peer support, enabling them to share ideas and work together. Each user will also have access to a personalized dashboard that tracks their project progress, highlights key resources, and connects them to partners and beneficiaries, offering a seamless and efficient user experience.
Outcome
The design visuals and copy aims to strike a balance between maintaining the initiative’s light and bubbly tone, while simultaneously conveying a powerful and empowering message for social change. We achieved this by using a clear and positive encouraging voice, with lively colours and graphics to showcase the impactful stories and important information for the changemakers.
Ensuring scalability was addressed by building a robust information architecture for future growth. By prioritizing intuitive navigation and clear information categorization, it allows new users to easily find relevant resources and empowers our clients to maintain and update information effortlessly.
