The PwC SG team was looking to attract overseas Audit and Financial services talents through digital marketing and profiling Singapore and PwC SG as an attractive country and place to work at. They were seeking for an experienced agency that has an extensive experience in driving leads in overseas markets. ​

The main challenge was to encourage and persuade overseas talents to work in Singapore and join the PwC SG team. The key messaging had to be convincing and differentiate PwC SG from other companies.

The Digital Strategy

We crafted a digital strategy that focuses on LinkedIn and Google ads as LinkedIn is the most suitable social media platform to reach out to the right target audience for recruitment efforts, whereas Google ads allow us to target applicants who might be interested to work in Singapore or PwC SG based on their search terms.

Search terms were closely monitored throughout the campaign, where we ensured that irrelevant and negative keywords were excluded, and that the list of keywords were constantly updated to broaden the scope of targeting and reach out to a wider group of audience.

Throughout the campaign, multiple ad copies with various marketing angles were ran to entice the target audience and drive conversions. Visually striking LinkedIn ad creatives of Singapore landscape were used to portray Singapore as an attractive country to work and live in.

We also provided insightful recommendations to develop a conversion-driving landing page, ensuring that the key messages are highlighted clearly on the page and that it is easy for users to submit their applications – both which are the key essences to driving a successful lead generation campaign.

The Results

Through strategic recommendations and campaign optimization, we exceeded the Client’s recruitment target for the campaign and achieved more than 5.2K clicks and 666K impressions.​
